Position at SBM Management

We are looking for a Protocol Auditor to join the team in Hillsboro, OR! This position will monitor and coach clean room protocol procedures within the clean space. Work successfully with fellow employees & contractors. Understand and follow instructions, both verbal and written. Explain procedures and expectations clearly to clean room personnel. Perform duties to maintain a particle / impact free environment. No experience required; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures. Stop at risk behavior of others and self.
• Monitor and coach clean room protocol requirements within the clean space.
• Perform regular inspections of construction / vendor areas to ensure compliance.
• Coach contractors in appropriate behavior within the clean space.
• Keep regular notes and violation logs for record keeping purposes.
• Develop working relationships with field personnel in order to more effectively gain compliance.
• Talk with co-workers, managers, and customers in a professional manner.
• Assist in removal of abandoned construction materials as directed.
• Hang and update signage appropriate to position.
• Use proper personal protective equipment.
• Present a professional appearance and conduct.
• Understand customer service and satisfaction.
• Understand critical nature of all clean spaces.

Qualifications

Shifts : Modified Shift 1 Mon-Thu 6 : 00a.m. - 4 : 30p.m.

Compensation : $17.00-$18.00 per hour
