In this role, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional customer service, optimizing team performance, and driving business growth. Other responsibilities include support of all Audio Visual for SBMG.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage daily floor operations:
Oversee technicians, ensuring timely and efficient equipment delivery and service as per client and hotel specifications.
Schedule technicians weekly based on the needs of the hotel, or other needs. Delegate tasks and manage workflow for optimal efficiency. o Maintain accurate and complete daily equipment sheets.
Inventory control: Implement and maintain effective inventory control procedures to ensure proper stock levels, safety, security, and equipment quality.
Customer service excellence:
Mentor and supervise staff to deliver outstanding service, maximizing client satisfaction and onsite revenue through upselling opportunities.
Build strong working relationships with internal and external clients, team members, neighboring properties, and vendors.
Address guest concerns directly, ensuring their needs are met and equipment functions properly.
Uphold and project a professional image according to SBMG standards and ensure team adherence to these standards.
People development and training:
Create and foster a positive work environment aligned with company core values. Lead, motivate, and develop a team of talented technicians and operational support staff.
Champion and drive professional development and training initiatives to enhance business acumen, technical knowledge, and service delivery.
Ensure team members are proficient in relevant company software and systems.
