We are seeking a talented Corporate Event Videographer with a passion for storytelling and a strong portfolio of event videography. This is a contract-based role for various corporate events, conferences, and executive engagements.
Responsibilities
- Film high-quality video content at corporate events, including keynote speeches, panel discussions, networking sessions, and event highlights.
- Collaborate with event coordinators to understand shot lists, deliverables, and client expectations.
- Operate professional-grade video equipment, ensuring proper lighting, sound, and composition.
- Capture a mix of cinematic b-roll, interviews, and dynamic event footage.
- Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos (if required) with quick turnaround times.
- Maintain professionalism and adaptability in high-profile environments.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional videography experience, with a focus on corporate events.
- Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing previous corporate event videography (please include links).
- Equipment: Must own professional-grade video gear, including:
- High-resolution camera (e.g., Sony, Canon, RED)
- Stabilizer or gimbal
- External audio recording equipment (lav mics, boom mics)
- Lighting equipment for indoor and low-light conditions
- Skills:
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro)
- Strong understanding of composition, lighting, and storytelling
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Availability: Must be available for weekday and weekend events as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with corporate clients, capturing interviews, and producing event recap videos.
- Ability to edit and deliver highlight reels or social media content quickly.
- Familiarity with live streaming is a plus.
Compensation
- Competitive hourly and day rates based on experience and event scope.
- Rates typically range from $800 to $1,500 per day depending on the amount of hours and type of project
