Job Summary: As a Server, your role is vital in providing top-notch customer service by taking orders, delivering food and drinks, handling transactions with accuracy, and performing essential opening and closing tasks to maintain the restaurant's efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Comply with all policies, rules, and regulations of SBR Management LLC to ensure efficient job performance
- Execute tasks as directed by Managers, adapting to daily operational needs
- Efficiently take and deliver guest orders using the front counter register, ensuring timely service
- Utilize the POS system for taking payments, maintaining accuracy in transactions
- Serve draft beer and a selection of pre-mixed cocktails, adhering to all regulatory training and guidelines
- Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of cooking and serving areas, following health and safety standards.
- Complete opening and closing side work, including cleaning, organizing, and restocking supplies, to prepare for service
- Possess a valid Food Handlers Certificate before starting duties
- Perform additional duties as needed, contributing to the team's success
Requirements:
- Numerical Proficiency: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide two-digit numbers and perform basic operations with American currency, weight, volume, and distance
- Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrated ability to analyze situations and apply logical reasoning to resolve issues effectively. Able to adapt quickly to changing circumstances and find practical solutions to challenges
- Communication Skills: Strong oral and written communication skills
- Organization and Time Management: Ability to organize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
- A minimum of two years of experience in culinary services, food preparation, or a related field preferred
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team, showing initiative and a commitment to quality and hygiene standards
- Experience in managing kitchen inventory and operating standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food service industry
Physical Requirements:
- Constantly stand, walk, push, pull, lift grasp; Frequently use arms and hands.
- Manual dexterity for using kitchen equipment
- Clear vision and hearing to communicate effectively
- Capability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds
