Job Title: SAP TPM (Trade Promotion Management) Developer
Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced SAP TPM Developer to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in the design, development, and implementation of SAP TPM solutions, ensuring effective trade promotion planning and execution. This position requires a combination of technical expertise in SAP development and a deep understanding of trade promotion management processes.
Responsibilities:
- SAP TPM Development:
- Design, develop, test, and implement SAP TPM solutions to support trade promotion planning, execution, and analysis.
- Customize and configure SAP TPM modules to meet specific business requirements.
- Work on enhancements, reports, interfaces, and conversions related to SAP TPM.
- Integration:
- Collaborate with other SAP modules (such as SAP SD, MM, and CRM) to ensure seamless integration of trade promotion processes with sales and supply chain functions.
- Participate in integration projects to connect SAP TPM with external systems and data sources.
- Business Process Analysis:
- Analyze business requirements related to trade promotion management, including promotional planning, budgeting, and performance tracking.
- Provide recommendations for process improvements and optimization using SAP TPM capabilities.
- Documentation:
- Create and maintain technical documentation for SAP TPM solutions, including specifications, test plans, and user manuals.
- Support and Training:
- Provide technical support to end-users and resolve issues related to SAP TPM.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users and other team members on SAP TPM functionality.
- Upgrades and Enhancements:
- Stay updated on the latest SAP TPM releases and proactively recommend and implement upgrades and enhancements to align with industry best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as an SAP TPM Developer with expertise in trade promotion management processes.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP TPM configuration, customization, and development.
- Experience with SAP integration and familiarity with other relevant SAP modules.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- SAP TPM certification.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations.
- Knowledge of trade promotion best practices, consumer goods industry, and related analytics.
