Our client, located in Portland, OR, has an immediate opening for a Change Management Consultant with 10 years of Organizational Change Management (including communications and training). This is a contract position with an initial assignment duration of 6 months with the possibility of extension.Position SummaryChange Management ConsultantOur client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Change Management Consultant to join their team. This is a hybrid schedule with 2 to 3 days in the office. Must be able to work on-site at both downtown Portland and Tualatin locations. The ideal candidate will have experience with organizational change management and training for OMS upgrade projects and business process improvements.Responsibilities : Assess stakeholder change impacts, update, and create team-based training materials (including job aids).Develop and execute a go-live communications plan, and support model as related to the OMS 2.6 upgrade.Continuously update training in partnership with client SMEs.Lead change efforts collaborating closely with OMS 2.6.Update project team leaders and stakeholders across Transmission & Distribution, Customer Operations, and with Grid Operations, IT, and Integrated Grid SMEs.Comfortable working with an SI and have experience working on large-scale full-cycle technology implementation projects.Requirements Requirements : An additional 5 years of experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.Certification Requirements (Any Preferences) : Prosci certified or CCMP.Stakeholder analysis, assessment, and engagement.Communications planning, development, and execution.Process development / Change impacts assessment.Training planning, development, and delivery support.Change management on full-cycle systems implementation, preferred.Process improvement experience, preferred.Utility experience preferred; if not, manufacturing experience required.Only Portland and Oregon Metro Area candidates will be considered.
