Job Title : Logistics Coordinator

Pay Rate : $25 / Hr

Working Hours : 8 : 30AM - 5 : 30PM

Responsibilities :

• Ensure SOP compliance, make updates as needed, and uphold best practices to meet customer needs
• Manage cargo booking, tracking, and updates across FCL, LCL, FTL, LTL, air, and parcel shipments
• Deliver comprehensive customer service from booking through to timely delivery
• Coordinate daily with customers, carriers, and internal teams to maintain seamless communication
• Maintain accurate and accessible account documentation for team use
• Increase customer satisfaction and business volume through consistent, proactive contact
• Identify account issues and collaborate with management to develop solutions
• Analyze service and cost data to support business improvement recommendations
• Implement process improvements as needed, ensuring data accuracy in Cello and related systems
• Generate reports as required and monitor trends for action

• 2 years of logistics experience, preferably in operations, ocean, drayage, or freight
• High school GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Bilingual in Korean and English preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
• Strong written and verbal communication, customer engagement, and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of handling high-pressure environments
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Office applications, including PowerPoint, Word, and especially Excel, with expertise in VLOOKUPs and pivot table
• Able to engage and work directly with customers
• Solutions-oriented with a proactive mindset
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Willingness to expand knowledge across various transportation modes
• Comprehensive knowledge of the logistics industry
