- Oversee attendance tracking and reporting
- Manage office operations, including facility services and lease agreements
- Maintain and manage corporate assets
- Provide support for business travel arrangements
- Planning and organizing corporate events
- Maintain and manage corporate filings and registrations by States
- Maintain company agreements
- Assist with accounts receivable management
- Oversee accounts receivable insurance and credit limit management
- Manage corporate business insurance policies.
- Support the management of general and administrative (G&A) expenses.
- Support other administrative tasks to ensure effective office operations
