In this role, the design for test expert will be building industry-defining computing products that solve key infrastructure challenges for tier-one customers. As one of the primary contributors, remaining hands-on and technical throughout the entire DFT process is essential for this startup environment.
Technical Responsibilities
- Develop and implement DFT strategies and methodologies to ensure testability and diagnosability of semiconductor designs
- Create and maintain DFT test plans, test benches, and test cases to verify and validate DFT features and functionality
- Collaborate with design teams to ensure DFT requirements are integrated into the design process and that designs are testable and diagnosable
- Develop and maintain DFT infrastructure, including test access ports, test data compression, and other test-related tools and utilities
