Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Program Director to lead our residential detox facility. The Program Director will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the detoxification program, ensuring the provision of safe, effective, and compassionate care to individuals undergoing withdrawal from substances. This role involves managing staff, developing and implementing program protocols, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, extensive experience in addiction treatment, and a commitment to improving patient outcomes.
Pay Range: $30-$40/hr (DOE)
Employment Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday-Friday within the hours of 9am-6pm.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of the detox program.
- Supervise and support clinical and administrative staff, including nurses, counselors, and support personnel.
- Ensure all detox services comply with regulatory standards and best practices in addiction treatment.
- Develop and maintain program policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure safe and effective care.
- Conduct regular staff meetings, training sessions, and performance evaluations to support staff development and ensure high-quality care.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the detox program, making adjustments as needed to improve patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with medical staff to manage patient care, including assessments, treatment planning, and discharge planning.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all program activities and patient interactions.
- Manage program budgets, staffing, and resources to ensure efficient and effective operation.
- Establish and maintain relationships with external partners, including healthcare providers, community organizations, and regulatory bodies.
- Stay current with developments in addiction treatment and integrate new knowledge and techniques into program practice.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in addiction treatment, with at least 1 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- In-depth knowledge of detoxification processes, substance use disorders, and evidence-based treatment approaches.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a multidisciplinary team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with staff, patients, and external partners.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Commitment to maintaining ethical standards and ensuring patient confidentiality.
- Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) and other clinical documentation systems.
