Kandi America is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our fast-paced team. This is an essential role that supports our growing workforce and ensures the smooth day-to-day operations of our Human Resources department. You’ll be the go-to person for employee records, onboarding, payroll, compliance, and general HR support.
Kandi America is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Kandi Technologies Group, Inc. (NASDAQ GS: KNDI), focused on electric vehicles and innovation in the off-road and on-road mobility space.
Key Responsibilities
Anything & Everything: We move fast, and you’ll be expected to juggle a wide variety of HR tasks—standard and non-standard. If you’re a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment, you’ll fit right in.
Payroll Management: Process bi-weekly payroll accurately and on time, including employee hours, PTO, and benefits deductions. Handle payroll-related reporting and respond to payroll inquiries.
Employee Support: Be the first point of contact for employee questions related to benefits, onboarding, and company policies.
Compliance & Records: Maintain accurate employee records and ensure legal compliance with HR practices and employment laws.
Onboarding & Offboarding: Coordinate new hire paperwork, orientation, and exit processes.
HR Systems: Maintain BambooHR and ADP systems, track PTO, and support payroll processing in collaboration with the accounting team.
Recruiting Coordination: Post job ads, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and assist in candidate communications.
Project Assistance: Jump in on company initiatives such as training programs, culture events, and policy reviews.
Qualifications
- 1 years of experience in HR administration or payroll processing
- Experience with ADP payroll systems
- Strong understanding of HR processes, employee lifecycle, and labor law basics
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Comfortable with tools like MS Office, Google Workspace, and HRIS platforms (NetSuite a plus)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care
- HR certification or relevant education a plus
