Responsibilities of a Customer Service Trainee :
- Provide outstanding customer support by addressing inquiries about products, services, and accounts.
- Offer tailored communication solutions to meet individual customer needs, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.
- Handle service orders, schedule installations, and assist with troubleshooting and maintenance coordination.
- Act as a liaison between customers and technicians to streamline service delivery.
- Mentor junior Customer Service Representatives on company policies, client standards, communication, and customer service best practices.
Qualifications of a Customer Service Trainee :
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree preferred.
- 0–2 years of experience in customer service, sales, communication, or a related field.
- A genuine desire to help customers and contribute to team success.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to collaborate effectively.
- An eagerness to learn and the ability to adapt to feedback.
- Basic knowledge of communication services or technology is a plus!
