Wireless Sales Associate (Entry Level)

This strategy has increased both company and client revenue as well as customer satisfaction and retention, allowing us to expand our operations to dozens of cities across the country. We are also expanding our Wireless Sales Associate team with a new entry-level opening.

We are seeking a new entry-level Wireless Sales Associate to join our team! As an entry-level Wireless Sales Associate with SC Business Ventures, you will be trained on our client’s products and services as well as on customer relations, setting you up for a successful career here at SC Business Ventures and beyond. You will have access to our client’s nationwide network and SC Business Ventures’ extensive training materials and mentorship, ensuring the expansion of your skillset in sales, customer service, and leadership.

Requirements of an entry-level Wireless Sales Associate:

• Provide top-notch customer service directly to subscribers inquiring about client products/services
• Recommend wireless products and plans tailored to meet each customer's unique needs to ensure a seamless, personalized experience
• Assist in placing orders, scheduling installations, and troubleshooting service and maintenance issues
• Bridge the gap between customers and technicians, allowing for streamlined installation and activation for both client and customer
• Lern to teach and train other entry-level Wireless Sales Associates on client and company policies and procedures, providing mentorship to develop their skills and ensure consistent performance

Qualifications of an entry-level Wireless Sales Associate:

• An associate’s degree or equivalent, preferred but not required
• 0-2 years experience in sales, telecommunications, or customer service
• Eagerness to learn and willingness to take/implement feedback
• Desire to help both customers and fellow associates
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to collaborate and work well with others
• Basic knowledge of wireless solutions and technology is a plus!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
