Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- CPA certification required.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in public accounting, preparing and reviewing tax returns, and advising companies on their tax strategy.
- Previous Big 4/National or Regional firm experience preferred.
- Proven success training, mentoring, and developing staff.
- Strong desire to deliver outstanding client service.
- Excellent research, writing, interpersonal, and business development skills.
