As Part Of Our Team You Will

• Provide direction and oversight for analytical support, including research, financial statement analysis and financial modeling.
• Write and design effective communication pieces for client engagements including confidential information memorandums and pitch materials.
• Provide direction and oversight in the design, development and maintenance of data sets and analytic models.
• Stay abreast of current business and economic developments and/or other guidance relevant to the client engagements.
• Prepare marketing materials for prospective client meetings.
• Interact with clients as a key member of an engagement team.
• Display teamwork, integrity, leadership and initiative.
  
  

Qualified Candidates Will Have The Following

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or other Business related field.
• A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.4 or higher is required.
• This position requires 5 days a week in office (with some flexibility). No remote or hybrid.
• 1 year of direct Investment Banking, Private Equity or Business Valuation experience is required.
• Excellent financial and quantitative skills.
• Strong knowledge in financial accounting, including an understanding of a balance sheet and income statement and general accounting principles.
• Advanced spreadsheet skills and the ability to develop integrated, dynamic three-statement financial models.
• Understanding of valuation principles and finance concepts, including the ability to complete a DCF model using present value techniques.
• Excellent project management, verbal communication, and business writing skills.
• Sharp attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects in a timely manner.

Salary & Benefits

The expected annual base salary for this position is $65,000-80,000. In addition, you’ll be rewarded for your contributions to our success through a generous performance-based bonus plan. Salary offers are made based on a variety of candidate specific factors such as candidate's skills, performance, job responsibilities, prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications and market considerations.
