The Company's Total Rewards package is at or above industry levels. The expected base salary range for this position is between 76,211.00 USD - 114,317.00 USD. Job related skills, experience, education, and location will be considered in setting actual starting base salary. In addition to your base salary and depending on job level, eligibility, and performance, a total package may include profit sharing, a short-term incentive and / or long-term incentives. ABOUT THE ROLE
- This role will help us optimize the operation of existing equipment and processes throughout the building.
- The ideal candidate will be focused, organized, and detail-oriented with applicable experience at a fast-paced consumer packaged goods company.
- We're looking for someone who's flexible, nimble, comfortable with getting down and dirty, and takes ownership from day one.
