Cleaning Technician

Overview
We are looking for someone to clean 1 office on Saturdays . We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in various environments, ensuring a safe and pleasant atmosphere for clients and staff. This role requires a commitment to high standards of cleanliness and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
• Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to maintain a clean environment.
• Clean and sanitize surfaces, fixtures, and equipment according to established protocols.
• Dispose of waste materials in accordance with safety regulations.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines while performing cleaning duties.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishment as needed.
• Assist in special cleaning projects as directed by management.

Skills

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good communication skills to interact effectively with team members and clients.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and products is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Reliability and punctuality are essential for maintaining schedules.
