Property Manager- Branchville, Santee, SC
Great opportunity available for a FT Property Manager to cover housing units located in the Branchville and Santee areas. Duties include, but limited to conducting regular inspections of the property to identify any issues or areas that require attention. Overseeing property maintenance to ensure all repairs and maintenance tasks are completed in a timely manner. Handles tenant inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally. Manages lease agreements, including renewals, terminations, and rent collection. Coordinate with contractors and vendors for repairs, renovations, and other property-related projects as directed. Utilizes a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) for tracking work orders and maintenance schedules. Maintains accurate records and files related to property management activities. Performs data entry tasks to update tenant information, lease agreements, and financial records. The ideal candidate possesses a AS degree or property management experience with a valid real estate license. Must be dependable, a self-starter and a great communicator. Prior experience as a property manager is required. Salary commensurate with experience and qualification.
