Your day to day as a Training Resource Specialist
As a Full-Time Training Resource Specialist, you will have the pleasure of planning, conducting, and measuring our internal staff development initiatives. Knowledge and skills required for the position are :
- Train new and existing employees on credit union policies, procedures, and essential job functions.
- Assist in the development of lesson plans for training manuals and reference materials.
- Assist in extensive testing of system upgrades, special projects. and implementations.
- Provide support to employees regarding teller and customer service related processes.
A college degree with two years' experience in development and training, or experience working in customer or member service within a credit union is preferred. Extensive experience in Teller, Head Teller, or customer service functions in a bank or credit union may be substituted for a degree.
