Process Engineer

Job Summary

In this role, you’ll play a vital part in advancing our operations by leading continuous improvement initiatives and designing innovative facility layouts. Responsibilities 

• Lead Continuous Improvement Projects: Drive initiatives to optimize processes and boost operational efficiency across the organization. 

   

• Facility Layout Design: Use AutoCAD to create, modify, and refine facility layouts that enhance workflow and space utilization. 

   

• Improve Facility Designs: Analyze and upgrade facility designs to maximize efficiency, productivity, and operational effectiveness. 

   

• Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements and ensure smooth execution. 

   

• Performance Evaluation: Monitor the impact of implemented changes and make adjustments to achieve optimal results. 

Skills Required 

• Project Management: Demonstrated experience managing projects and driving process engineering efforts. 

   

• AutoCAD Proficiency: Strong skills in AutoCAD for designing and modifying facility layouts. 

   

• Analytical Abilities: Excellent problem-solving skills with a sharp attention to detail. 

   

• Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively while also working independently in a fast-paced setting. 

Educational Requirements 

• Degree: A four-year engineering degree from an accredited institution is required. Relevant fields include Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related discipline.

   

• Additional Certifications: While not required, certifications in process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma are highly desirable. 

 Pay:  $70,000.00 - $83,000.00 per year
