Team Lead Shipping 1st Shift

Monitors and assists employees in the designated department.  
Depending on which department the position is for, will be required to perform the essential job duties of that area.  
Ability to effectively communicate with different types of employees and communicate with Management.  
Ability to lead team meetings.  
Ability to follow and enforce SC2 policy and guidelines.  
Must be able to maintain confidentiality regarding employee information.  
Vision and hearing acuity is required in this position.  
Strong Attendance is a requirement in this position.  
Ability to use computer.
