Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in assigned areas, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and residents. This role requires a strong commitment to hospitality and an eye for detail, making it essential for the overall guest experience.

Duties

• Perform routine cleaning tasks in guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
• Conduct floor care including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces.
• Manage laundry services by washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels.
• Restock cleaning supplies and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
• Follow established housekeeping procedures and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
• Assist with special cleaning projects as needed, including deep cleaning and industrial cleaning tasks.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries or requests promptly.

Skills

• Strong background in hospitality with a focus on delivering excellent service.
• Proficient in floor care techniques and custodial practices.
• Experience in hotel housekeeping management is a plus.
• Ability to perform thorough cleaning tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
• Knowledge of industrial cleaning methods is advantageous.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members.
