- Conducting site visits and comprehensive documentation of overall technical environments
- Working closely with impacted IT areas during the planning and development of future-state environments for each acquired center, ensuring full understanding of current-state and providing follow-up data as needed
- Receiving, configuring, and arranging delivery of desktop hardware to the center in advance of IT cutover date
- Performing all IT transition tasks including development, execution, and sign-off of a test plan, installation of hardware, data migration, on-site user setup of applications, and training of center employees for issue logging
- Providing post-closing support and transitioning to the Service Desk
