Job Summary
Sca Health is seeking a skilled Cloud DevOps Architect to lead the design and implementation of cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Microsoft Azure and AWS environments, as well as experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) practices.
In this role, you will be responsible for creating scalable, cost-effective architectures that align with business objectives while ensuring compliance with healthcare industry standards. You will drive architectural innovation, ensure best practices in cloud-native design, performance optimization, and cost management.
You will partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements, guide implementation teams through solution delivery, and lead technical discovery and planning sessions. Additionally, you will provide expertise in cloud service selection and design, drive successful delivery of cloud initiatives, and mentor junior architects and development teams.
The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, 8 years of IT experience, and 5 years of cloud architecture experience. Deep expertise in either AWS or Azure cloud architectures and services is required, as well as experience with IaC (Terraform). Understanding of FinOps principles and practices is also necessary. Healthcare industry experience is preferred, as well as experience with cloud-native application design.
