The Director of Practice Optimization will work closely with the VP of Practice Optimization and the Practice Services Group to support independent specialist partnerships. This role focuses on supporting practice partnerships as a functional lane during diligence and integration, as well as ongoing operational support for special projects, interim CEOs, and leadership decisions.
A key component of this role is understanding the needs and challenges facing most independent specialty groups. This includes a deep understanding of practice operations, value propositions, and levers that Specialty Practice can bring to a practice. The successful candidate will quickly assess the landscape and coordinate internal and external resources to develop and validate those propositions, driving an actionable strategic plan in partnership with the practice and the practice operations team.
