Director EA Governance
The role of the Director of Enterprise Architecture Governance is to establish and execute comprehensive governance frameworks, processes, and standards across the organization. This position oversees a specialized team responsible for managing EA toolsets, ensuring compliance assurance, and metrics & reporting while fostering architectural excellence and innovation.
- Develop and implement governance control gates
- Lead the Architecture Review Board (ARB) meetings and EA Forum read-outs
- Establish and maintain comprehensive EA governance frameworks and processes
This leadership role requires strong experience in enterprise architecture frameworks, TOGAF, Zachman, and EA tools & repositories. As part of Optum, SCA Health is redefining specialty care by developing more accessible, patient-centered practice solutions for a network of more than 370 ambulatory surgical centers, over 400 specialty physician practice clinics and numerous labs and surgical hospitals.
