The Equipment Planner Analyst will support the simultaneous management of multiple projects, each with varying size and complexity, and collaborate with external vendors through our internal integration and supply chain process. Project types include construction and development of new ASCs or Surgical Hospitals (de novo), mergers of existing surgery facilities, facility expansions, and support for facility closures related to inventory management. The role involves supporting the Equipment Planner throughout the project life cycle, including planning, execution, and closure.

The role involves supporting the Equipment Planner throughout the project life cycle, including planning, execution, and closure.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain updated equipment lists and budgets.
- Track equipment.
- Coordinate shop drawings with vendors under the Equipment Planner's direction.
- Submit and track purchase orders in alignment with SCA Health policies and procedures.
- Support the submission of RFI's during construction as directed by the Equipment Planner.
- Attend construction meetings remotely and on-site as needed, as directed by the Equipment Planner and Senior Director.
- Acquire all necessary equipment to ensure project success.
- Verify the receipt of equipment.
- Manage warehouse operations as needed.
- Support equipment move-in and installation, including on-site presence.
- Provide ad-hoc equipment planning and organizational services as needed.
- Partner with support service departments to ensure effective communication, facility support, and efficient use of SCA Health resources.
- Escalate issues to senior management when appropriate.
- Critically evaluate assigned responsibilities and integration requirements to determine operational risks.
- Provide status reports to the Equipment Planner and management using enterprise tools.
