">Main Responsibilities
">- Fair Market Valuations using discounted cash flow models
- Initial interpretation of formulaic pricing based on operating agreement language
- Analyzing and interpreting data to recommend actions and comparative analyses
Key Tasks
">- Analyze legal expenses to reduce outside counsel costs
- Confirm fair market values and unit ownership for monthly custodian reports
- Provide Return on Investment reporting
- Offer financial data for material offerings
