Job Overview
The legal analyst will contribute to SCA's success by providing expert analysis and recommendations to support business decisions. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement fair market valuation models
- Analyze operating agreement language to determine formulaic pricing
- Calculate repurchase pricing for operating agreements
- Make recommendations based on data analysis and research
- Reduce outside counsel costs by analyzing legal expenses
- Confirm fair market values and unit ownership for monthly custodian reports
- Perform ownership redemption calculations
- Provide return on investment reporting
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 1-2 years of experience with valuation models preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient Excel and Word skills
