Accountabilities / Responsibilities :
- Call pre-operative patients to collect health / medical history and verify they are a candidate for outpatient surgery
- Notify the RN of any changes in patient's status and responses.
- Data entry.
- Filing and organizing Medical Records.
- Answer phones.
- Organizing paperwork.
- Uploading files in a timely manner.
- Other business office and clinical functions as needed.
- Act as a liaison between patients, clinical or medical teammates.
- Maintains positive communications with the medical staff members and their office personnel.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with attention to detail and
