About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Care Advocate where you will play a vital role in delivering a personalized consumer experience to our customers. As the face of Specialist Management Solutions (SMS), you will be responsible for conducting outbound cold calls to inform members about their benefits and providing guidance on scheduling appointments with high-quality surgeons.
You will work closely with teams across the company, healthcare providers, and insurance companies to resolve issues and answer customer questions related to benefits, claims, and billing. This is a Medical Concierge (White Glove) service that requires empathy, strong communication skills, and a passion for healthcare improvement.
