Key Responsibilities include:
- Continuously analyze existing processes and programs to recommend improvements that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and employee experience.
- Partner closely with HRBPs, People team peers, and leaders across the company to support the effective development, launch, and scaling of our performance management processes, ensuring tight alignment across programs and initiatives.
- Support through training and facilitation the performance management process including goal setting, development planning, performance reviews, coaching, and feedback.
- Interpret data and generate original insights for strategic talent priorities. Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to define underlying problems and drive continuous improvement of talent priorities.
- Deliver strong results through the expertise, resources, and connections of your network. Partner collaboratively to optimize the effectiveness of the business.
