About the Job
The Director of Financial Operations will lead the financial aspects of a regional portfolio of centers within Surgical Care Affiliates (SCA). This role requires full financial responsibility for a growing and highly profitable geography.
You will act as a strategic business partner with the Regional Vice President of Operations to transform the value proposition in regional markets. You will also speak with authority on behalf of the Regional Vice President of Operations and represent them at health system, partnership, or board meetings.
Key responsibilities include creating, implementing and pulling through opportunities which drive financial growth and operational performance. Building positive relationships with key health system partners and working closely with them as business partners is crucial in this role.
An undergraduate or graduate degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics or related field is required. A minimum of five years of financial experience is required, with healthcare experience being desirable.
