2nd shift - 3:30pm - 12:00am (Monday - Friday)

Summary:
The Narcotic Inventory Specialist is responsible for supporting DEA Compliance and vault operations of all controlled substances at the site.
Essential Functions:
- Utilize the YERS and ARCOS systems to report acquisitions, dispositions, and inventory of List I chemicals and Schedule II substances to the DEA.
- Maintain inventory of both raw drugs and finished products.
- Utilize DEA form 222 to procure and disposition-controlled substances.
- Pick controlled substance raw materials used for production.
- Preparing controlled substances for reverse distribution.
- Perform inventories in accordance with state and federal regulations.
- Other clerical duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year experience in clerical position or equivalent
Desired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Familiarity with ERP or MRP systems
- Have superior verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods.
- Ability to reach and/or extend hands/arms often.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment.
- Carrying/lifting to 50 lbs.
