We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our educational team. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote learning through play and exploration.
- Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and collaboration among students.
- Monitor children's progress and adapt teaching methods to meet individual needs, including those with disabilities or special education requirements.
- Provide care and support for infants and toddlers, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
- Maintain classroom management by establishing rules and routines that promote respect and responsibility.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development, behavior, and any concerns that may arise.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including first aid procedures.
- Collaborate with other educators to create a cohesive learning experience across the preschool curriculum.
Requirements
- Proven experience in preschool or early childhood education settings.
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices in caregiving.
- Familiarity with special education strategies is a plus.
- Strong classroom management skills to create an effective learning environment.
- First aid certification is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to obtain certification is required.
- Ability to work effectively with children of diverse backgrounds, including those with disabilities.
