Professor of Service Design will lend knowledge and experience to guide students as they grow into the next generation of luminaries in service design.
The candidate should have a flair for the creative and should demonstrate spectacular graphic and idea visualization abilities. Highly motivated and knowledgeable, the candidate is a design strategist with a solid track record of translating deep insights into innovative services, product-service systems, interactions, and user experiences for well-known brands. Strong project management skills are essential.
Minimum qualifications
- Terminal degree or its equivalent in the discipline or in a relevant field
- Academic and professional credentials to teach
- Experience in or knowledge of related professions
Preferred qualifications
Travel required : Less than 10%
Work hours : The university work week is Sunday through Saturday. Most offices are open Monday through Friday from 8 : 30 a.m. to 5 : 30 p.m. To accommodate business needs, employees may be assigned to other workdays and / or hours, including weekends and evenings.
