We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5-6 years of experience in testing IT products and applications, with a strong focus on automation using tools like Selenium, MS Visual Studio C#, and Microsoft Test Manager. This role requires expertise in developing and maintaining automated tests using the Page Object Model, as well as experience in Agile/Scrum environments. The candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our software products by designing, executing, and maintaining test cases, scripts, and processes.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium and C# within MS Visual Studio.
- Utilize the Page Object Model to create scalable and maintainable test automation frameworks.
- Convert existing manual test cases into automated scripts to improve efficiency and coverage.
- Perform end-to-end test automation to ensure the quality and functionality of software products.
- Collaborate with development teams to test updates, patches, and repairs in development, test, and QA environments.
- Conduct test case reviews to ensure scenarios accurately capture business functionality.
- Write and maintain test strategies, test plans, test scenarios, and test scripts.
- Use Microsoft Test Manager and Team Foundation Server (TFS) for test case management and defect tracking.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum projects, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Ensure testing activities align with Agile methodologies and project timelines.
- Leverage 3 years of experience in C# development/scripting to support test automation efforts.
- Demonstrate proficiency in using Microsoft Test Manager and Team Foundation Server for test management and reporting.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $38.00 - $45.00 per hour
