Overview
We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our company, providing excellent customer service and administrative support.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners)
- Excellent organizational skills
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
