Senior QA Engineer at Scadea Software Solutions Inc (Multiple openings in Princeton, NJ)Plan, coordinate, and manage overall testing approach and strategy for complex projects. Establish formal QA processes and procedures for the team. Setup the environments for QAs and coordinate testing. Provide technical support and conduct testing for efficiency during Beta and Production deployment. Coordinate project kick-offs and requirements / specs gathering. Work closely with Business Analysts to ensure accurate documentation of product software requirements. Ensure all code released to production systems meet or exceed pre-defined quality standards. Utilize Agile processes and methodology. Utilize SQL, SIT, UAT, Regression Testing, Performance testing of Mainframes, QC, QTP, and IBM Utility tools.
