Who you are :
Half creative producer, half data-analyst. A born storyteller with a hunger to make killer content. Paired with a thirst to understand quickly why an ad performs and why people are reacting to your videos.
The role :
The creative strategist owns the portfolio of client asset delivery, from ideation, to concept scripting, project managing with our editing team, setting up data-driven variation testing, to client review and handoff.
Everyday your number one goal is to tell stories that people feel compelled to watch, then inspired to take action (usually a purchase). To accomplish this you'll leverage video as your canvas to produce ads that scale for our clients. You'll connect the dots from production to final asset delivery. And partner with our data analytics team to inform your content strategy on-going.
What you'll do day-to-day :
- Analyze : Unpack key performance drivers (Thumbstop, watchability, CTR, CVR and CPA) to understand what is working and not working in your accounts.
- Plan : Collaborating with our Chief Creative Officer, you will pitch the full week's deliverables, then brief with the creative producers and strategists, and script leveraging an existing library of footage and creative assets.
- Execute : Work 50-50 with our incredible team of editors. Project manage multiple scripts, active edits, and client notes across 3-6 clients.
- Deliver : Integrate client feedback and marketing plan into creative strategy, delivering weekly ads by brand.
