Job Summary:
We are looking for a Project Manager to oversee project execution, vendor coordination, funding approvals, and change control management. The role involves aligning stakeholders, managing procurement processes, tracking project progress, and ensuring successful project closure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate and manage change control processes.
- Coordinate with vendors/contractors for site walkthroughs, scope of work, and quotes.
- Prepare and obtain approvals for funding packages via the STEAM portal.
- Assist in creating purchase requisitions (via Coupa) and coordinate with vendors.
- Develop Critical Path Schedules (CPS), track action items, and ensure project completion.
- Prepare and approve IQOQ Protocols & Reports in Enovia.
- Update site layouts, manage technical documentation, and oversee Fixed Asset Disposal (FADO).
- Handle invoice processing, capitalization, and project closures via STEAM.
- Conduct quarterly finance forecasts in e-Capital portal and update trends monthly.
Qualifications:
- BE (Mechanical) degree.
- Strong experience in project coordination, procurement, and stakeholder management.
- Knowledge of STEAM, Coupa, and Enovia is a plus.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $53.28 - $55.00 per hour
