The Employee Success Coordinator is a great entry-level opportunity to grow your career with Scale Computing and will be based out of our Indianapolis corporate office. They will assist in recruiting, developing, and ensuring the success of our most important resource—our teammates. They will help with the whole recruitment, interview, and onboarding process to ensure our future Scalers have a memorable hiring and onboarding experience.
The Employee Success Coordinator will help implement and manage employee initiatives to foster a positive and engaging workplace culture. They will also support the employee experience by coordinating programs, events, and communication strategies that boost morale, enhance employee satisfaction, and drive engagement.

The Role
- Work with hiring stakeholders to coordinate all job posting logistics for various roles on hiring platforms and Scale Computing Career’s page to hire top-of-class talent.
- Act as an advocate for Scale and the candidate throughout the hiring process, establishing regular touchpoints and providing diligent follow-through, resulting in a best-ever candidate and client experience.
- Work with hiring managers to ensure all new employees have a weekly training itinerary.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities to foster a positive and engaging workplace culture.
- Coordinate company meetings and events for senior leaders throughout the company.
- Help build communication pathways and employee surveys to enhance employee satisfaction and drive engagement.

- Manage employee communications and best practices with daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly recognition strategies.
- Help collaborate on and implement regular bidirectional feedback from teams to ensure alignment with department needs and company goals.
- Build strong internal relationships with employees and hiring managers.
Responsibilities
- Help foster a culture of open communication, collaboration, and continuous feedback across all levels of the organization.
- Build strong, positive relationships throughout the organization to ensure ongoing communication and employee satisfaction.
- Coordinate and support all recruitment efforts, job posting, hiring, and onboarding processes for hiring stakeholders.
- Manage, edit, and maintain all interview process guides with hiring stakeholders.
- Coordinate and schedule timely interviews with hiring stakeholders and candidates to ensure a swift and positive experience.
- Work with hiring stakeholders to ensure a seamless and positive onboarding experience, fostering early engagement and job training.
- Maintain and update candidate information and interview feedback in ATS and share with all hiring stakeholders.
- Use creativity and out-of-the-box online tools and resources to support, communicate with, and include our remote workforce.
- Work with hiring managers to ensure new hire training and yearly mandatory training adherence.
- Facilitate and maintain company-wide newsletter and help manage employee communications.
- Lead and manage cross-functional employee-related projects and off-site meetings from inception to completion, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Assist senior leadership with administrative tasks and office management, including reporting, data analysis, and document preparation.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in employee engagement, HR, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to solving problems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Computer and internet savvy to understand mainstream adoption, social media, and potential resources.
- Strong technical skills - Google Suits, Microsoft Office Suite, digital picture & video editing, etc.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- 2 years of experience in employee engagement, recruitment, project management, or a related role.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for relationship building and managing confidential information.
- Proficiency in HR software and employee engagement platforms and tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, hiring stakeholders, and senior leadership.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret engagement data and identify trends.

This is a permanent, full-time position with a hybrid attendance requirement. Employees may work remotely or from our downtown Indianapolis HQ, and come into the Indianapolis office as needed.
