Who You Are:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Sales to lead our revenue cycle management (RCM) sales program at SCALE RCM. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in selling RCM services to large-scale clients in the healthcare industry, particularly within physician MSOs and hospital markets.


What You'll Do:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive growth and expand our client base
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target healthcare organizations
  • Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of RCM services to clients
  • Utilize CRM systems (i.e., HubSpot) to manage sales pipeline and track performance metrics
  • Provide regular reports and insights on sales performance to executive leadership
  • Ability to demonstrate contiguous products such as data analytics and performance improvement
  • Post sales client management with the ability to troubleshoot and deliver solutions in a timely manner


What You Bring:

  • 10 years of experience in RCM sales, with a proven track record of selling to reputable, largescale clients in the healthcare industry
  • Demonstrated ability to articulate a tangible strategy for building and scaling an RCM sales program
  • Extensive knowledge of holistic RCM services, including preferably experience selling RCM analytics and automation solutions
  • Experience working with offshore teams in RCM service delivery
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, with a strong preference for HubSpot experience
  • Track record of exceeding sales quotas and driving revenue growth
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Strong understanding of healthcare industry trends and regulations, specifically in healthcare services


Position Salary:

up to $300k
