The Scale Marketing Integrated Media Lead is the leader of our traditional and digital buying teams responsible for planning, building, negotiating, and executing cross-channel media plans (Programmatic Video / Display / Audio / CTV, Television, Radio, and Out-of-Home media buys). You will oversee all buys (nothing goes out the door without your approval), execute buys for key clients (player / coach role), structure enterprise relationships for the agency, and assist with new business. As a direct manager of the team, you will lead the evolution of our media planning / buying process, tools, and outcomes.
