Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating with Scale's insurance broker to ensure appropriate insurance coverage for each project.
- Support in gathering documentation from various internal teams and providing project-specific details for insurance and bond requests.
- Support the development of insurance consultant reports and other deliverables required for financing counterparts.
- Corporate Insurance Support: Support other insurance and bond requests as needed, including policy renewals and certificate of insurance management.
- Maintain accurate records of regulatory filings, permits, licenses, approvals, and compliance for ongoing and future projects.
