We are working with a global fashion brand, that is looking to add an experienced Senior Account Manager to lead sales growth and account management within the Women’s Ready-to-Wear category across the Florida market. This role will oversee multiple categories within women's division.
This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional with a strong background in apparel, established relationships with retail buyers, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. The Senior Account Manager will play a key role in expanding market share, managing key accounts, and driving revenue within the women’s RTW segment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management & Sales: target new accounts and expand relationships with existing clients to maximize revenue.
- Market Expansion: Identify and penetrate new markets, leveraging research, trend analysis, and competitive insights to drive growth.
- Seasonal Business Strategy: Develop and present seasonal business proposals with customized assortments tailored to customer and marketplace needs.
- Retail Partnerships: Engage with retail buyers and senior management to present product lines, achieve sales budgets, and drive brand presence in stores.
- Inventory & Order Management: Manage ATS inventory, ensure accurate order processing, and oversee EDI order management. Work closely with Merchandising, Design, and Planning teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.
- Market Analysis & Trend Reporting: Conduct competitive analysis, monitor industry trends, and provide insights to internal teams to inform strategic decision-making.
Experience:
- Industry Relationships: established relationships with retail buyers and key decision-makers within the apparel industry.
- Sales Expertise: prior success in apparel sales, negotiate contracts, and develop strategic sales plans. Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Organizational Skills: Highly detail-oriented with strong time management and multitasking abilities.
