Highlight: Pay $1,000 a day or 30 % collections which ever is higher

Start date as early as March 1st and as late as May 1st possible partnership in the future.

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to patients of all ages, ensuring their oral health and overall well-being. This role requires a strong focus on patient care, excellent communication skills, and a thorough understanding of dental procedures and terminology.

Duties

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to diagnose oral health issues.
• Perform a variety of dental procedures including fillings, extractions, root canals (endodontics), and preventive care.
• Provide specialized care in pediatric dentistry as needed.
• Fabricate dental appliances and prosthetics as required.
• Maintain strict infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and the importance of regular dental visits.
• Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to provide seamless patient care.
• Stay updated with advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education opportunities.

Requirements

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
• Valid state dental license to practice dentistry.
• Proficiency in dental terminology and anatomy knowledge.
• Experience in a dental office setting is preferred, including familiarity with dental clinics.
• Strong skills in patient assessment and the ability to provide compassionate patient care.
• Knowledge of infection control procedures and best practices in dentistry.
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment while also managing individual responsibilities.
