ScaleneWorks People Solutions LLP is a new age, Talent Acquisition solutions organization, servicing large organizations (customers) in multiple spaces related to talent such as – Variants of RPOs, Process outsourcing, tools / technology widgets, staffing etc.


Working with some marquee names coupled with distinguishing team managing operations and leadership, our solutions appeals significantly to our customers. Scalene is looking for an experienced Solutioning leaders from Workforce solutioning, staffing or recruiting background, to be a part of ourgrowing team. The candidateshould be passionate about leading a sales team focused on recruiting solutions. The ideal candidate brings rich industry experience, strong people leadership, a relentless focus on the customers, and a grand vision. Working in a dynamic sales & delivery driven environment, you will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, negotiating and closing agreements with prospects and on another hand managing both local & offshore teams.


The ideal candidate will possess a demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product lines, and industry challenges in Talent Acquisition, with the ability to build and convey compelling value propositions to customers


Job Description

  • Recruitment domain knowledge
  • Overview of the sectorial and geographic market
  • Understanding of commercial model design and price structuring
  • PnL owning capability
  • Knowledge of competitive landscape of global players
  • High energy, exemplary work ethic and a track record of revenue generation and growth.
  • Solid understanding of technology positions, job functions and skill sets.
  • Strong networking skills.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of MS Office and ATS tools.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years of sales experience/Business development, preferably in IT staffing and/or IT solutions.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop business plan and sales strategy
  • Will be the one spearheading Sales function for the organization
  • Should have proven leadership skills and ability to drive sales
  • Experience in sales Account mining hunting (generating new business) , Prepare action plan for lead generation
  • Effectively utilize internet, LinkedIn etc. for new client opportunities & development
  • Maintaining excellent relations with clients to generate avenues for further business.
  • Maintained steady lead generation and customer acquisition in competitive markets throughout United states
  • Experience with enterprise software solutions sales to large, complex organizations
  • Creation and management of proposal presentations and RFP responses
  • Cost budget management
  • Client Relationship Management
  • Consistently drives $1 - $2M in revenue Develop an expansive network via marketing / industry events, social media, etc
