We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Enablement Lead to join our team.
You will report directly to the SVP Sales influencing and equipping the career journeys and their impact we have with our partners in leading their business success with ScalePad solutions.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that equip our sales team with the necessary tools, content, and training to enhance their performance leading to masterful experiences for all.


Responsibilities.

  • Develop and Implement Sales Enablement Strategies: Design and execute comprehensive sales enablement programs that align with our business objectives and sales goals.
  • Training and Development: Partner with the internal Learning & Development team to help create and deliver training programs to improve the sales team product knowledge, sales skills, and understanding of market dynamics.
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with marketing to develop and manage sales collateral, presentations, and other resources that support the sales process.
  • Sales Process Optimization: Analyze and refine sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring best practices are implemented across the team.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and assess the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives through metrics and feedback, making data-driven adjustments as necessary.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
  • Sales Tools Management: Evaluate, implement, and manage sales tools and technologies that enhance the sales team's productivity.


Qualifications.

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, or a related role, preferably within the SaaS industry.
  • Strong understanding and experience of sales processes and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales enablement tools.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and metrics.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong project management skills with attention to detail.
