ScalePost.ai is building a next-generation platform to connect LLMs and AI Agents directly with content owners to use their content or data. About the Role
We’re looking for a Head of Engineering who will play a critical role in building and scaling our platform. You’ll be responsible for laying the technical foundation of the company, leading engineering efforts from 0 to 1, and driving our infrastructure and data strategy. This is a rare opportunity for a mission-driven builder to join at the ground floor and shape both the technology and culture of a fast-moving company.
The ideal candidate
- 8 years of engineering experience, ideally with a background in startups or high-growth environments.
- Has previously built and scaled a product from scratch.
- Strong skills in infrastructure, cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, or Azure), APIs, and deployment pipelines.
- Expertise in agile development and ability to build a strong engineering culture.
- Familiarity with AI, media platforms, or data systems is a plus.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Embraces a can-do attitude, gets things done quickly, and enjoys delivering impact.
- Strong experience in rapid deployments, and optimizing engineering workflows.
- Capable of hiring, mentoring, and scaling a high-performing engineering team.
